Brad Hoffman
Brad gained his deep knowledge of the corporate world from the inside, where he worked as a senior-level executive in Fortune 500 companies for more than 15 years and traveled the globe to pull complex deals together. In 2003, Brad decided to put his experience to work to help his own clients in private practice. He became an entrepreneur himself as a founding partner of our law firm, and he lives here in the area with his wife and three children.

Ryan Cordsen
Ryan earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2018. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011. In addition, Ryan holds a masters degree in Finance from Colorado State University, which was obtained in 2012.
Elyse earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2014 and worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel J. Kaup and the Honorable Susan Blanco in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Fort Collins before pivoting to private practice in 2017. Licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming she focuses primarily on personal injury law, estate planning, probate, and business law. Elyse has lived throughout Northern Colorado for over twenty years and is dedicated to representing clients in the local communities.
