Bio
Elyse’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury law, estate planning, and business law. Elyse strives to help her clients throughout various stages of their lives, whether it is planning for their future with estate planning; helping a client set up and operate a business; or representing a client in the unfortunate situation where they or a loved one has been hurt or killed in an accident. Elyse has over seven years of experience working on personal injury cases in Colorado and Wyoming, ranging from simple, rear-end collisions to complex, multi-million-dollar accidents. Elyse’s experience also extends beyond car accidents, as she has worked on a myriad of unique cases that range from slip and falls to wrongful death to complex insurance disputes.
Elyse is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming. Elyse is also admitted to the U.S District Court, District of Colorado. She is an active member in the Larimer County Bar Association and a past president of the Larimer County Women’s Bar Association.
Elyse earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2014. Prior to law school, Elyse graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2010. After graduating from law school, Elyse worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel J. Kaup and the Honorable Susan Blanco in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Fort Collins. Elyse has been in private practice since 2017. Elyse has lived throughout Northern Colorado for over twenty years and is dedicated to representing clients in the local communities.
